Adobe Digital Experience Partner Program: One Framework, Four Tiers and What is New for Partners

Adobe merged its Solution and Technology partner programs into one four-tier framework (Community, Silver, Gold, Platinum) with transparent pricing, unified requirements, and an a la carte benefits model. Here is what each tier costs, what it requires, and how to pick the right one.

If you are a consultancy running AEM implementations, an ISV building integrations on Exchange, or an agency delivering end-to-end digital experiences, Adobe just simplified your life. The former Solution Partner Program and Technology Partner Program have been merged into one unified framework: the Adobe Digital Experience Partner Program. One set of tiers, one set of requirements, one set of benefits. Here is what you need to know.

What changed and why does it matter?

What do partners actually get at each tier?

What changed and why does it matter?

Before 2026, Adobe managed separate tracks for services-oriented partners (Solution Partners) and technology-focused partners (Technology Partners). Each had its own structure, benefits, and qualification criteria. Having worked with partners navigating both tracks, this consolidation addresses a real pain point. Juggling two separate program structures made tier comparisons unnecessarily complicated and slowed down partner onboarding.

The new program merges both under one umbrella while still recognizing the distinction between the two partner types.

What does Adobe require at each tier?

The requirements differ depending on whether you are pursuing recognition as a Solution Partner, Technology Partner, or both:

Technology Partner requirements

Silver has no additional requirements beyond the program fee. It is the entry point for partners starting their Adobe journey.

What do partners actually get at each tier?

Benefits fall into two buckets: base benefits (included with your tier) and a la carte benefits (purchasable through the Benefits Center at Silver and above).

Recognition and growth

Adobe recognizes three types of partner solutions:

Partners can also pursue two additional recognition paths:

Adobe now treats partner maturity as a single global metric rather than a patchwork of regional program enrollments.

The consolidation into one program removes the friction of navigating separate partner tracks. The tiered structure is transparent: you know exactly what it costs, what you need to qualify, and what you get in return. The a la carte benefits through the Benefits Center add flexibility that the old programs lacked.

For organizations already invested in the Adobe ecosystem, the key questions are: Do you have the specializations and credentials to move up a tier? And if not, what is the fastest path to get there? The answers to those questions should drive your partner program strategy for 2026.
