Cyber64 at Adobe's Content Supply Chain Bootcamp in Bucharest

From 13 to 15 October the Cyber64 team was in Bucharest for Adobe's GenStudio for Content Supply Chain Partner Bootcamp, three days of sessions and hands-on labs with more than 50 partners from across EMEA.

The bootcamp is built for teams that implement several Adobe products together, which is the direction our enterprise work is taking.

What Adobe’s GenStudio Partner Bootcamp in Bucharest told us about content supply chains

The labs followed one campaign from brief to published ad: planning in Workfront, content creation in Adobe Express and Firefly, review and approval, and GenStudio for Performance Marketing, where an approved ad goes straight into a Meta campaign. Sessions in between covered architecture, metadata strategy, permissions and extensibility.

A lot of it touches work we already do for clients, from Workfront and analytics to paid media. Seeing the whole chain in one place gave us a few things to try on live projects, starting with how campaign metadata travels from asset to ad and how Firefly workflows handle creative variants at volume. We're already testing both on live client projects and will share what we find once there is data to show.

The real challenge with GenAI isn't generating content. It's orchestrating the entire content lifecycle. One thing that stood out during the Adobe GenStudio Bootcamp in Bucharest was how much value comes from connecting strategy, planning, creative production, DAM, approvals, activation, and insights into a single Content Supply Chain.

When workflows across Workfront (Planning and Workflow), AEM, Adobe Express, Firefly, Frame.io, and GenStudio are properly orchestrated, AI stops being just another tool and becomes an accelerator for scale and measurable business outcomes.

The sessions were half of it. Adobe's partner enablement team ran the programme, the Bucharest engineering leadership joined for the evening and the closing discussion, and partners from eight other countries were working through the same questions we are. We used that time to talk directly with Adobe leadership and engineering, and to hand over input from our own projects on what we need the products to do. For our clients it means that when something in the stack does not behave as expected, we know who to call.

Between the days we caught a handball match, ate well and kept the conversations going over drinks. If you are considering GenStudio or want to see how a connected content supply chain would fit your marketing setup, get in touch.
