- Solr Search Integration: We integrated Solr search, enhancing the search engine's capabilities and significantly improving user experience. The usage of the search engine witnessed an astounding improvement of over 200 times, enabling users to find relevant information effortlessly.
- New Markets Rollout and Multi-Site Management: We successfully rolled out around 8,000 products and pages across various sites, streamlining the management and maintenance of multiple websites. This streamlined approach brought operational efficiency and consistency to Haas Automation's online presence.
- Introduction of Scrum and QA Pyramid: Embracing Agile methodologies, we introduced Scrum, leading to enhanced project management and faster development cycles. We also implemented the QA Pyramid, encompassing Unit, Integration, Performance, UI, and Manual tests, ensuring top-notch software quality.
- On-Prem Server Maintenance Automation: To ensure seamless operations, we automated on-prem server maintenance tasks, reducing manual intervention and minimising downtime.
- Business Analyst Role and AEM Version Upgrade: By introducing a Business Analyst role, we facilitated better communication between stakeholders and development teams, resulting in smoother project workflows.
- AEM Version Upgrade, Service Pack Maintenance and Backlog Management: Our vigilant approach to system maintenance and backlog prioritisation ensured Haas Automation's platform was always running optimally and fulfilling business requirements. Moreover, we successfully upgraded AEM versions several times, keeping Haas Automation's digital platform up-to-date with the latest features, service packs, and security enhancements.
- Significant reduction in the number of components and templates, bolstering performances, re-usability, and easing maintenance efforts.
