Brief project description:

The project "Increasing competitiveness through the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 systems — CYBER64 d.o.o." is focused on the introduction and certification of a quality management system (ISO 9001:2015) and an information security management system (ISO/IEC 27001:2022). By implementing these standards, CYBER64 d.o.o. will ensure a higher level of quality across its digital solutions and increase data security, contributing to greater competitiveness and enabling access to more complex and higher-value projects on the international market.

Project objectives and expected results:

The objective of the project is to implement a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, which will standardise all business processes with the aim of increasing operational efficiency and reducing the risk of errors. The introduction of this system will ensure continuous improvement of service quality and a higher level of client satisfaction.

The project also encompasses the implementation of an information security management system in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, which will enhance data security and ensure the protection of confidential client and business partner information. This will reduce the risk of cyber threats and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
